Payment & Cancellation

A few notes on payment and cancellations.

Payment

For every kind of pack, payment is due one week before the classes start.

Cancelling a pack

If you cancel at least one week before the start date, you get a full (100%) refund. If you cancel with less than one week's notice, you get a 50% refund. Once a pack of classes has started, no refund is available.

Group classes

If you miss a class it won't be refundable. I will send you a message summarising everything we covered so you do not miss out. The class will not be repeated, but you will have all the materials and a full summary to catch up.

Private classes

For individual private classes, you can reschedule to another time at no cost with at least 24 hours' notice. With less than 24 hours' notice, the class is lost.
