Contact form. When you contact us through the website, we collect the information you provide (such as your name, email address and message). We use it only to respond to your enquiry and to provide you with information about our classes. Contact form submissions are processed through Google Forms.
Level test. When you take the Spanish level test and choose to see your result, we collect your email address together with your test result (your approximate level). We use this to send you information about suitable classes. This data is processed and stored through Google Forms and Google Sheets.
Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website (for example, which pages are visited and where visitors come from). This information is aggregated and does not identify you personally. Google Analytics uses cookies for this purpose. We do not send your email address or any personal identifier to Google Analytics.
Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent (which you give when you submit a form or take the test) and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and improving our website.
How long we keep your data
We keep your contact and test data only for as long as necessary to respond to you and manage our relationship with you. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see "Your rights" below).
